It is with great joy that we continue to invite others to go on this journey with us. Without ministries like Rebecca’s Garden of Hope, in our churches we will continue to see an erosion in the impact our churches can have on youth in our communities. There is value in supporting activities offsite and we encourage that, but without these kinds of “need enhancing programs” in our churches, we will lose the opportunity to teach our children how much we need them and how valuable that are to our ministries. Matthew 28:19-20 says, “Go and make disciples of all nations” and we know that includes children and families all over the country, ones that we walk by each day. Through this ministry we are committed to answering that call. We want children from every walk of life to know there are people willing to stand in the gap to give them the support they need. By teaching and reminding our youth that their circumstances don’t dictate or limit their success we can help them revisit and reset their perspective on life. We know change is inevitable in the lives of all people but young people are usually the most vulnerable to change because they often can’t pick the environments where they live. That’s why they need our help. Rebecca’s Garden of Hope wants to continue being on the front lines to give children the unconditional love and tools they need to help them make better choices and ultimately reach their full potential.
The opportunities are endless for these youth and through this ministry we can continue to show them that the only limitations they have are the ones that they place on themselves. We know that with God all things are possible and the road to opportunity begins with each child stepping out, by faith. We don’t expect to change the entire world through Rebecca’s Garden of Hope but we pray that at least one child, one church and one organization will use our resources to teach others to be the positive change that we want to see. Thank you for investing in our youth as they continue to navigate in these uncharted waters called life and feel free to contact us with any questions.
